Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
• Notify the party who posted or is responsible for the material (if applicable);
• Take reasonable steps consistent with the DMCA and applicable law.
We may request additional information if your notice is incomplete.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
1. Your contact information (full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address).
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared (URL).
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location (or the applicable jurisdiction) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.
